Perform the following steps to update the BIOS on a 9515 Server.
NOTE: Before attempting a BIOS Flash, first enter the system BIOS (<F2> on boot) and
note all settings so they can be re-applied after the flash has
been completed. The update restores the BIOS to the default
settings.
1. Extract 9531882.zip
2. Copy the extracted files to either a floppy, USB flash drive, or CD.
3. Boot the system to a DOS prompt either using a floppy, bootable CD, or usb flash drive.
4. Execute run.bat. The flash will run automatically.
5. When completed, reboot the server for normal operation.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
