********** QUICK INSTALLATION GUIDE ********** 1. Insert CD ROM, run 'D:\DVR2000\Server\setup.exe' to start install. 2. Select Components: Please select the system according to your country’s TV system, e.g. PAL for Australia, UK and most Euro countries, NTSC for USA, Canada… To install it on a compute as a DVR server: * with 1 DVR card installed: Peaqe_104(PAL)/Peaqe_104(NTSC) * with 2 DVR cards installed: Peaqe_208(PAL)/Peaqe_208(NTSC) * with 4 DVR cards installed: Peaqe_416(PAL)/Peaqe_416(NTSC) To install it on a computer for remote monitoring only: * Intelligent Remoter Module 3. Select Codec: either 'Indeo 5' or 'MPEG4 is suitable. 4. IMPORTANT! When the system asks if you need to restart computer, select 'Restart computer later', DO NOT restart computer at this stage. Click 'Next', the program will look for update. Please wait for a few minutes while the program looks for the update file (If you restart it accidentely, you need to reinstall the program from the beginning). After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
