Reason for Release (including Bug Fixes and Enhancements and Feature added)

BugFix:
1)CrashDump Fix. NT uses a different invocation of the driver for crash Dump.
There was a code fragment to make sure that there is proper cordination between
the two driver instances and firmware. There was a bug in this area and this is fixed.

2)There was an experimental feature in the NT4 driver (which is not released to any of our OEMS).
This feature combined successive small sequential reads and gave a bigger Read command.
This was not a tested or released feature and has been removed. This bug was causing Data corruption.
