The following document provides details of QLogic's Fibre Channel ScsiMiniport driver 
changes between version 9.0.1.12 and 9.0.2.12.

9.0.2.12 QL 3.03.13 - 04/07/05
    *   RISC code 3.03.13
        Fix DFCT140706 (9.0.1.13/14 3.3.12) - FW dump 8002/1BC2/1B9C during the path failure test
        (run I/Os and disconnect one cable from the HBA to the switch) on 2 Guadalupe systems.
        The 8002 error is caused by the ownership of an exchange was not picked up by receive
        sequencer on time.

        reported, causing invalid memory access

        and reinsertion on a Switch with 9 targets attached.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
