The file 7507641.exe is a self-extracting file that will expand into numerous files on the system hard disk at C:\cabs\7507641. 2. Click on Start and select Run. 3. In the Command line text box enter the path for the Setup.exe file for the SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio drivers. (i.e.: C:\sound\setup.exe) 4. After the command has been entered into the text box, click on the "OK" button. 5. The SoundMAX Install dialogue box will appear. Click the Next button to continue with the installation of the drivers. 6. Select the option "Yes, I want to restart my computer now." and click "OK". 7. The computer will automatically re-start and install the drivers. 8. This will complete the installation of the updated drivers. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
