Please Read.txt Driver File Contents (fc909.zip)

In an effort to find drivers and information on this product I simply noticed the chipset was made by
LSI Logic and went searching through their site to find drivers. ConnectCom has been out of business for
some time, so whether or not these drivers will work flawlessly is really unknown, as OEMs do make modifications
of products, thus requiring specific drivers released by them. This software and information is provided on
an "as is" basis and I assume no resposiblity for anything resulting from the use of these files.

Included are:

- The original drivers bundled with the card in its retail packaging.
  * I received these by request from a company who had hundreds of these cards they were trying to
    sell.

- Firmware and BIOS Updates "Metastor 4.01 Release"
  * There are newer releases, however none of them provide the fc909.rom file, so I assume this is most likely
    the original update files for the Firmware and BIOS. There are newer releases that add functionality for
    additional chipsets and such...however I don't know if they will work or not.

- LSI Drivers

  * Windows XP

    Note: Found in LSI's download center.

  * Windows 2000
  * NT 4.0
  * Solaris SPARC

    Note: Found on the Metastor 4.01 Release page.

- PDF Files
  * While I was doing some research on this adapter I eventually collected a bunch of PDF files describing the
    product and chipset. Nothing of huge importance...but interesting to look at.
