1. WINDOWS 95 98 ME

1.1. REMOVE THE OLD DRIVER

1.1.1. Remove Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager -> Multifunction Adapters -> ISDN
1.1.2. Remove Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs -> Configuration Utility
1.1.3. Remove the card
1.1.4. Restart the system

1.2. INSTALL THE NEW DRIVER

1.2.1. Detach and extract ISDN9XME.EXE to the temporary directory
1.2.2. Run SETUP.EXE from the temporary directory
1.2.3. Restart the system
1.2.4. Insert the card

2. WINDOWS 2000 XP

2.1. REMOVE THE OLD DRIVER

2.1.1. Remove Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Multifunction Adapters -> ISDN
2.1.2. Remove Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs -> Configuration Utility
2.1.3. Remove the card
2.1.4. Restart the system

2.2. INSTALL THE NEW DRIVER

2.2.1. Detach and extract ISDN2KXP.EXE to the temporary directory
2.2.2. Run SETUP.EXE from the temporary directory
2.2.3. Restart the system
2.2.4. Insert the card

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
