__________________________

1. Changed chassis discovery to reduce traffic in multistage reconfiguration of
   a large fabric.

2. Added handling of GA_NXT wrap around when the originating port goes
offline or changes zones while the GA_NXT is being processed.

3. Modified get_chassis_status routines to return over temp status when
high temp limits have been exceeded.

4. Modified high temp limit for CPU monitoring from 85C to 60C degrees.

5. Fixed problem writing/reading community strings.

6. Changed port code to send a LIP if a LISM is received while in Old Port mode.

7. Disabled AL mode when the port has not obtained sync.

8. Modify GIEIL response to include sysDescr info from the SNMP FA MIB.
We will return the OEM_data, sysDescr information with the GIEIL payload.
The sysDescr information can also be read through SNMP.

9. Correct problem setting up steering when extended credit mode is being used.

10. Added timeouts for obtaining buffers for internal config messages. Also
changed to use small buffers when possible.

11. Correct Management Server GMAL command response conform to latest GS-3
    Spec (6.42).

12. Added additional testing to Arb Loop Test. New code does a serdes loopback
using a maximum size data frame on a port while in SL Port mode.

13. Bumped NWAD wait state in NVRAM memory region from 4 to 5 and in Flash
    region from 3 to 4.

14. Fixed a bug in TL_Get_Next_Loop_AL_PA. The old version got stuck in an
infinite loop probing TL Loop devices if an ALPA value of 3A was chosen
    by a loop device.

15. Corrected a switch reset problem that occurred when a SANbox Director was
    linked into an existing fabric.

16. Add support for Unzoned Name Server in Management Server. Name server
commands can now be sent to the management server, to get name server
    information without regard to zoning.

17. Management Server element logical name will now be the same as the snmp name.

18. Fa Mib 2.2 fix: faMibEventTimeStamp - The timestamps were corrected for the
snmp events in the FA Mib EventTable.

19. Correct bugs found in management server, specifically commands that had to be
routed to other switches were failing.

20. Heartbeat light will now blink NVRAM failure if a corrupt object is found in
    nvram.

21. Port input queue is flushed on lost sync.

22. Added ability to return a list of all initiators in an SL zone.

23. Added workaround for known tachlite problem in SL mode. The workaround
repairs a corrupted LIRP frame that occurs when the tachlite is not the LIM
and is presented with a LIRP frame containing zero AL_PAs.

24 Added traps for events, and changes in connUnitSensorStatus and
    portStatusto FA MIB 2.2 support.

25. Added lazer on/off cmd message (used only in manufacturing test).

Known Issues:
-------------------------------------------------------------
1. SNMP Community Strings are not validated. The switch will respond to all
   queries.

2. Fibre Alliance 2.2 MIB Traps return an incorrect value for ConnUnitEventTypes.
