    Secure API is used to support SDMI(Secure Digital Music Initiative) compliant 
   applications.
    If you have to support these applications, please use "sdripci.dll".
   This Installer installs it automatically to 
   "<Windows Dir>\system32\sda".(For example "C:\Windows\system32\sda")
