Scanner Model Supported: Windows 95/98/NT: 300F, 610plus, 310S, 610S, 610ST, 620S, 620ST, 640S, 640ST, ScanPremio ST Windows 2000 : 620S, 620ST, 640S, 640ST, ScanPremio ST 3. Lanugage of interface/Help: English only 4. For 300F and 610Plus users only: - the driver does not support ADF and TPO. - In Windows 95/98/NT, as the model name of 300F and 610plus is not in the Modle Selection window, please slect "310S" in Model Selection window to complete the installation. - In Windows 2000, the driver does not support the SCSI card comes with the scanner. Therefore, the scanner does not work in Windows 2000. To break this limitation, users must get/buy a SCSI card which supports Windows 2000 and then install this driver. During the driver installation, please slect "620S" in Model Selection window. 5. For 310S, 610S, and 610ST users only: - In Windows 2000, the driver does not support the SCSI card comes with the scanner. Therefore, the scanner does not work in Windows 2000. To break this limitation, users must get/buy a SCSI card which supports Windows 2000 and then install this driver. During the driver installation, please slect "620S" in Model Selection window. Troubleshooting: Why does the error message "Scanner Not Found" still show up after the installation of the driver? In Windows 95/98: Please check "Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager". In device manager, please remove all items with the yellow "?" mark by click on the item and then click on "Remove". Then re-boot the PC. In Windows 2000: Please check "Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardwrd -> Device Manager" In device manager, please remove all items with the yellow "?" mark by click right mouse button then click "Uninstall". After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
