ICM-Profile für MINOLTA-QMS magicolor-Drucker (Windows) ============================================= Einführung ------------ In diesem Verzeichnis finden Sie ein ICM (Image Color Matching)-konformes Profil für Ihren Drucker Dieses Profil können Sie auch aus dem Internet von der Seite www.minolta-qms.com herunterladen. Das ICM-Profil ist ausgelegt für ICM 1.0 (Windows 95) und ICM 2.0 (Windows XP/Me/2000/98). Das Profil funktioniert auch mit anderen anwendungsspezifischen Farbabstimmungssystemen, beispielsweise mit denen von CorelDRAW 10. Diese Readme-Datei erläutert die Installation des ICM-Profils. Weitere Informationen zum Einsatz des Profils finden Sie in Ihrer Anwendungsdokumentation. ICM-Profile aus dem Internet laden ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Rufen Sie mit Ihrem Internet-Browser die Seite www.minolta-qms.com auf. 2 Wählen Sie "Online Help & Drivers". 3 Wählen Sie Ihren Drucker in der Dropdown-Liste aus. 4 Wählen Sie Ihre Plattform. 5 Lokalisieren und laden Sie das ICM-Profil. ICM-Profile von der Utilities and Documentation-CD-ROM laden ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Die ICM-Profile wurden optimiert für die jeweils unterstützten Druckerauflösungen. DRUCKER VERZEICHNIS DATEI AUFLÖSUNG magicolor 2350 utilities\color\host icm profiles mc2350s.icm 600x600 magicolor 2350 utilities\color\host icm profiles mc2350h.icm 1200x1200 Installation ------------ 1 Öffnen Sie mit dem Windows Explorer das Verzeichnis, in dem sich das ICM-Profil befindet. 2 Kopieren Sie die .ICM-Datei in das Verzeichnis \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\COLOR (für Windows 98 oder Windows Millenium) bzw. das Verzeichnis \WINNT\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\DRIVERS\COLOR (für Windows XP/2000) auf Ihrem Rechner. 3 Öffnen Sie das Verzeichnis mit dem kopierten Profil. Die .ICM-Datei ist grau dargestellt. 4 Klicken Sie die .ICM-Datei mit der rechten Maustaste an. 5 Wählen Sie indem daraufhin erscheinenden Popup-Menü die Option "Installieren". Dadurch wird die Windows-Registrierung aktualisiert. Das Symbol erscheint nun nicht mehr grau. Anweisungen zur Benutzung ------------------ Einige Anwendungen wie beispielsweise Microsoft Publisher installieren ICM-Profile automatisch, andere wie CorelDRAW 10 nicht. Wenn Ihre Anwendung ICM-Profile nicht automatisch installiert, befolgen Sie die Installationsanweisungen in der zugehörigen Dokumentation. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
