1. GENERAL LIMITATIONS

This release is designed to support Microsoft Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, and Windows 2000 in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Dutch.

If you install PerSono on Windows 98 instead of Windows 98 SE, volume control and microphone mute functions from the Inline Control will not work correctly, as follows:
	- Inline Mute will not work.
	- Inline Volume controls the microphone volume instead of the speaker
	  volume.
These functions will work correctly from the PerSono interface.

If attempting to reinstall PerSono, the setup will detect if PerSono is already installed and automatically run the uninstallation. Once uninstalled, and the system is rebooted as necessary, please run setup again to complete the installation.

2. SUPPORTED PLANTRONICS MODELS

This release of PerSono supports all currently released Plantronics USB headsets (DSP-100, DSP-300, DSP-400, DSP-500) and the DA50 digital adapter for professional-grade QuickDisconnect headsets.
