The installation for the NDIS driver for Windows NT is menu driven
through the Windows NT interface. The driver and other relevant files are
located in the NT351 directory. The directory structure provided on the
driver diskette has been setup for automatic OEM installation. Follow the
guidelines in the Microsoft Windows NT manuals for more details to
install the driver from the driver diskette.

 NDIS 3.0 Driver Installation for Windows NT v3.51
 ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ

 1.  If Windows NT operating system is being installed, select other
     manufacturers from the network adapter card option and follow
     steps 5-10.

 2.  If Windows NT operating system is already installed, logon as
     Administrator and select <Network> icon from the <Control Panel>.

 3.  Select <Add Adapter> from the <Network> window.

 4.  Select the option <<Other>Requires disk from manufacturer> from
     the <Network Adapter Card> box. A <Insert Diskette> dialog box
     appears.

 5.  Insert the driver diskette in Floppy Drive A.

 6.  Follow the instructions appearing on the screen and enter A:\NT351
      
 7.  A <Select OEM Option> dialog box appears. Select <OK> for RL100ATX
     adapter from the Adapter list.

 8.  Select <OK> in the Network window.

 9)  You are back to the Network Setting dialog box.
     Click on the the other tabs and buttons and make changes if necessary to
     customise your configurations like adding additional protocols, change or
     assign a name to the PC, etc.. refer to Windows NT 3.51 manual for details.

     Click OK when completed.

 9.  Windows NT will copy and bind the selected items.

 10. When completed, Windows NT will reboot.

 11. The NDIS 3.0 driver for Windows NT is now properly installed

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
