Website: http://www.3dfx.com DesktopTV Website: http://www.3dfx.com ======================================================================= What's in the distribution? ======================================================================= This distribution contains the DesktopTV WDM driver installation ======================================================================= Installation ======================================================================= Requirements ------------ - Windows 2000 - PC with a Pentium II, Pentium Pro, Pentium or similar processor - 16MB of RAM or more suggested Fresh Installation / Upgrade Existing Drivers --------------------------------------------- 1) Unzip the drivers into a temporary directory. For a fresh installation 1) Power off the system and remove your existing 2D card. 2) Install the DesktopTV Card in a free PCI Slot 2) From the Control Panel, open the Add New Hardware 3) Let windows search for new hardware and when prompted the installation, point it to your temporary directory that the drivers were unzipped into. To upgrade existing drivers installation 1) From Control Panel, Open System and go to the Device Manager Page. 2) Under Sound, Video and Game controllers, right click on the TVPCI Video device. 3) Go to the Driver page and click on the Update Drivers button 2) From the Control Panel, open the Add New Hardware 3) When prompted the installation, point it to your temporary directory that the drivers were unzipped into.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
