QMS magicolor driver installation guide:

* To update latest QMS magicolor firmware to printer, please do the following:
- Click on Start
- Select Run
- Type: updt_lp1 if magicolor is on LPT1
or : updt_lp2 if magicolor is on LPT2
The printer will accept the new firmware and reboots itself to run the new
code.

* To install QMS magicolor WX color driver and the printer is connected
to your PC
- Turn your QMS magicolor printer on
On your PC
- Click on Start
- Select Shut down
- Reboot your PC
The QMS magicolor is a plug & play device. Windows should direct you through
the rest of the installation

* To update a driver and the printer is connected to your PC
- Go to Start
- Select Settings
- Select Printers
- Delete magicolor WX color driver if installed
- Delete magicolor monochrome driver if installed
- Make sure the printer your QMS magicolor WX printer is on
- Click on Start
- Select Shut down
- Reboot your PC
- Windows should direct you through the rest of the installation

* To install QMS magicolor WX color driver and you would like to share the
printer
- Click on Start
- Select Settings
- Select Printers
- From the Printers window, delete magicolor WX drivers color (if insalled)
- From the Printers window, delete the monochrome driver (if installed)
- Double click on Add Printer
- Select Next
- Select Local printer
- Select Have Disk
- Browse A: drive for desired language
- Select driver to install
- Windows should direct you through the rest of the installation
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
