This diskette contains two files that implement the SMC prototype driver
for Infrared communication as described by IrDA, two INF scripts for
installing the drivers in the Windows 95 system and a Microsoft Word
document in a zip format that describes this software.

SmcSer.Vxd -- port driver for SMC IrCC
SmcSer.Inf -- installer for the port driver
SmcIrlap.Vxd -- Infrared Framer for fast speed SMC IrCC
SmcIrlap.Inf -- installer for the framer
Relnotes.Zip -- zipped Microsoft Word document
        Readme.Txt -- this file

This release provides two drivers that are independent from those
that are part of the Microsoft Infrared 2.0 Stack.

Refer to Relnotes.Doc (to unzip it type: Pkunzip Relnotes.Zip Relnotes.Doc)
