VIA 4 In 1 Driver consist drivers of VIA IDE Bus Master driver, VIA AGP VxD
Driver, VIA PCI IRQ Miniport Driver and VIA Function Registry.
Please load SETUP.EXE from \VIA\4IN1DRV sub-directory then follow the
prompts to install these 4 drivers for system. Please load it before your
AGP VGA driver.
If your Operation System is Windows ME, please verify it from
Start\ Settings\ Control Panel\System \Device Manager \Disk drives
\the HDD device \Settings. You can check the check box on the DMA
option to enable DMA mode if the HDD has not enabled DMA function.
Then you can get better performance on the HDD.
If your Operation System is Windows 2000, please verify it from
Start\ Settings\ Control Panel\System \Hardware \Device Manager \
\IDE ATA/ATAPI Controller \ Primary IDE Channel or Secondary IDE Channel
\Advance Settings. Please make sure the transfer mode is DMA mode if
your HDD supports DMA mode. Then you can get better performance on
the HDD.

The AGP Driver supports the functions accodring to Microsoft AGP

Please load the VIA AGP Driver before your VGA driver.

1. Get "USBSUPP.EXE" from Microsoft, which includes the USB supplement
and a new memory manager (VMM32.VxD) needed for the AGP DIME (Direct
Memory Execute) feature.
2. Get DirectX 5.0 or later version from Microsoft. DirectX 5.0 is the
first DirectX version that supports AGP's DIME.
