README.TXT Driver File Contents (rdecode.zip)

The program "rdecode.exe" analyzes the Raster Graphics Mode commands and data
for Small Format Raster devices, such as ColorMaster, PlotMaster and ColorView.
This program only analyzes the correctness of the data format; it does not look
at the quality of the raster image.

The program is invoked from the DOS prompt as follows:

    rdecode [-v] pathname

where:
rdecode = the name of the program
-v = optional flag to specify verbose mode (shows each raster line)
pathname = filename of the raster graphics data

Entering the command "rdecode" with no parameters shows the command usage.

Output is produced to the screen by default, although it can be redirected to
a file on disk by entering the following command:

    rdecode [-v] pathname > filename

Any questions regarding this program should be directed to Mark Freedkin at
CalComp Headquarters in Anaheim, CA, at phone (714) 821-2041.
