***** How to use the SMK touch panel driver for Windows NT *****
1.Introduction
This floppy disk contains the following files:
READMEUS.TXT : Description of this disk (what you are reading now)
TTABNTPP.INF : Set-up information file for the touch panel driver
TTABNTPP.SYS : Touch panel driver file
TABCALNT.EXE : Coordinate correction program for the touch panel driver
2.How to install the touch panel driver
Use the following procedure to install the touch panel driver.
1) Open the Windows control panel, and activate the "Mouse".
2) Select the "General" tag and click the "Change..." button.
3) When the "Select Device" dialog box appears, click the "Have Disk..."
button.
4) When the "Install From Disk" dialog box appears, click the "OK"
button.
5) When the "Select Device" dialog appears, click the "OK" button.
6) The system file will be copied. When copying is completed, click the "Close"
button.
7) Restart the system.
(When the dialog box for restarting appears, click the "Yes" button. At this
time, the floppy disc must be removed.)
8) When the system has restarted, execute 'TABCALNT.EXE' to align the position.
9) At this stage, the touch panel driver is effective and operation via the
touch panel is possible.
3.Usage of TABCORNT.EXE
1) Execute the TABCORNT.EXE.
(This application is able to execute from any drive or to copy in
directory. You can operate any way as follows.)
* Input "A:TABCORNT.EXE" from the dialog box of "Run", then click "OK"
button.
* Execute from "My Computer" directly.
2) Following the display message, you push the four corners of Tablet in
order of left-upper, right-upper, left-bottom, right-bottom.
3) After finishing the above operation, you can use the Tablet.
(No need to restart computer again.)
4.TTABNT.INF
TTAB.INF file is the text file contained the hardware configuration for
serial ports.
Default settings of COM ports are following.
COM1 ¥¥¥ Address：3F8h、IRQ：4
To change this hardware settings, edit the Address and IRQ value of end of
2 and 3 lines in the "Add Registry Section" (part of [TtabNT_AddReg])
by text editor.

Ex．Change the COM1 setting to "Address：3E8h、IRQ：3" from
"Address：3F8h、IRQ：4".

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
