Welcome to the Duxbury Modems NT 4 Driver!
		            Version 1.9
		    Used with driver version 4.24

This version has been adopted and modified from the WIN98 Driver Disk

                     Installing a Duxbury Modem

NT does not support PnP as found in WIN 95,98,Me,2000 & XP
You always need to restart your machine to install new hardware.

1.	If you have installed any modem on this comm port before,
please remove it first. (START, Settings, Control Panel
Modems, highlight and click Remove button)
	- Better results, but not necessary!

2.	To install the modem, click START, Settings, Control Panel.
Double click the Modems icon. If you have never
installed a modem before, the Modem Install Wizard will
automatically start. If you have installed modems on your
PC before, ensure that there are no current modems installed
on the comm port you are about to use for your new
isntallation. You can check this by looking at the associated
comm port from the list of installed modems.

3.	Windows NT Modem Install Wizard will guide you through the
installation, be it an Internal, External or a PCMCIA type
modem you are installing. You must check the box where the
Install Wizard says "Don't detect my modem; I will select it
from a list". Then click next.

4.	Click the "Have Disk" button, and type a: as the path.

5.	Select the appropriate modem from the list of Duxbury Modems.
