When you contact a 3Com authorized service partner for
assistance, have the following information ready:
- Diagnostic error messages
- A list of system hardware and software, including revision
levels
- Detail on recent configuration changes, if applicable.
3Com's service partner will determine what action needs to be
taken to resolve the problem. 3Com service partners can verify
hardware failures and advise you when it is more cost-effective
to replace, rather than repair, a product.
Returning Products for Repair
------------------------------
A product sent directly to 3Com for repair must first be
assigned a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA).
A product sent to 3Com without an RMA number will be returned
to the sender unopened, at the sender's expense.
When you call for an RMA number, be prepared to provide the
product name, serial number, and diagnostic error messages.
Payment, shipping instructions, and turnaround time will be
confirmed when the RMA number is assigned.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
