__________________________________________ Important Update Instructions for HDP7xx Driver Release 1.3.0 050201 __________________________________________ The following changes MUST be made through the Printer's LCD Menu to ensure the new Driver update works properly: 1. Complete the Driver update according to the instructions in the Online User's Guide. 2. After the driver update is complete, turn on the printer and select the MENU button, SETUP PRINTER-> Flattener Temp. 3. Please change this value to 0. 4. Press SELECT to save the change, and press EXIT to return to the READY screen. ******************************* NOTE: It is strongly recommended you also download and update the latest HDP7xx firmware (www.fargo.com) once your printer driver update is complete. *******************************Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
