MIC System II SYNCSW, Version 2.2.1

MIC SyncSwitch is a simple application which allows you to change
the vertical refresh rate of your graphics card (and DVA-4000) to
either 50Hz or 60Hz depending on your currently selected video
standard. This can be used to avoid frame-dropping if converting
graphics (and overlaid video) to video using a scan converter such
as the VideoLogic Mediator. It can also be used to reduce the
banding which occurs when videoing a computer monitor.

Start SyncSwitch, and select either the standard VGA refresh rate
(60Hz), or the PAL/NTSC option. You will be presented with whichever
video standard is currently selected within the MIC Control Panel.

		!!!WARNING!!!

If you are using a fixed sync VGA monitor, and you select PAL refresh
rate, the monitor will lose sync and the display will be distorted.
Reselecting standard VGA refresh rate in these circumstances may be
difficult or impossible without re-booting you PC.
