- TVG0819D.BIN Updated BIOS file dated 8/19/97
IMPORTANT: The USB function in the "Advanced Chipset Setup" has to be disabled
for this BIOS update procedure to work.

BIOS Update Procedure
---------------------
1) Disable the USB function from the "Advanced Chipset Setup".
2) Go to the DOS prompt by using one of the following:
(a) Boot up your system with a DOS system disk.
(b) After you boot up your system, once you see the line "Starting MS-DOS..."
press the <F5> key.
(c) After you boot up your system, once you see the line
"Starting Windows 95...", press the <SHIFT> and <F5> keys together.
3) Insert the diskette with the two files listed above into Drive A:
4) At A:> prompt type: FLASH601
5) Press P to select flash ROM type.
6) For AMD CPU select "5" for MXIC 28F1000P.
For others press <ENTER> to auto select.
7) DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER UNTIL THE UPDATE IS FINISHED!
8) When the update is complete, take out the diskette and reboot your computer
by pressing any key.
9) Load Auto Configuration with Optimal Settings to make the change to
take effect.

Change default setting in Advanced Chipset Setup for
"U.S.B. Function Enabled" from "Disabled" to "Enabled".
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
