This Flash Loading program supports the following Internal modems:

Model 2919-00-00L, 2919-00-55L, 2919-00-56L, 2919-00-59L, 2919-00-60L, 2919-01-00L, 2919-60-00L, 2919-60-88L, 2919-24-00L.

Note: This upgrade is only for Lucent Based Internal Modems.  It is NOT for Rockwell based 2919.

This version of code now includes Zoom's Channel2 Call Waiting Detection feature for users in the US and Canada.  This feature allows you to receive calls while browsing the web.  For more information on setting up this feature please read the callwait.pdf file.  You need Adobe Acrobat to read this file.  Acrobat is available on the CD that was shipped with your modem or can be downloaded from www.zoom.com/techsprt/download.shtml


Installation Instructions:

1) Run flash4.exe from the directory that you downloaded the upgrade in.  

2) When Flash4 asks you to choose what file to download select zoom9152.hex.  You do not need to select flashldr.hex this file will be loaded automatically.

3) If flash4 asks you if you wish to erase the entire flash select Yes.

4) Flash4 will now go ahead and upgrade your code.
