2) Updates :

    a. Fix the problem that our setup program install files from a wrong directory 
       in WinMe Environment. In other word, if you use the WinMe version is not 4.10.xxxx,
       our Setup program will install file from Win98SE directory, not WinMe directory.
    b. Fix the system hung problem when we use setup program in WinMe Japan Version.
       We re-write our setup code which is related the interface between our setup program 
       and Device Manager
    c. Put the WHQL WinMe Cat file into our package.

      a. Fix the CAT quering problem in Win98SE Simplified Chinese Version.
         It is caused by VIA "Setup" program. We found this problem occures at
         Win98SE every language version in first clean installation. If you 
         have installed it, then you remove it and re-install it again. You
         can't see this problem.
