Date: October 3, 2000 Release Notes: 1) This CD contains the final WHQL-approved installation files for 27 countries, from Australia to USA. Each country directory contains a subdirectory for Windows 2000 (Win2000). 2) The CD format uses the Microsoft Joliet file system, enabling the use of long folder names for the Countries. The files however, are normal DOS- and installer-compatible 8.3 format. Creatix should create their own CD structure for your expected constomer range. Also since the country names are in the English language, this should be adjusted to your specifications. Note: Some computer systems do not work properly with the Joliet filesystem; therefore you may want to rename the country folders to use 8 characters. However, this is not critical; the installation files do not depend on the CD structure. 3) All CtxHam71.SYS files in the WinMe directories are identical to each other. (driver version 3.32) All CtxHam51.SYS files in the Win2000 directories are identical to each other. (driver version 3.32) 4) The CAT files are unique to each country. INF files are unique to each country. A CAT file is generated by "hashing" the INF and SYS files together. Therefore all CAT files in the CD are unique. 5) Because the CAT signature file is a "hash" or checksum, you cannot change the contents of the INF or SYS files that the CAT file controls. However, you may add any other files such as README.TXT file to the set of files without any problems.Download Driver Pack
