Hint: Use NetWare Server v3.11 bundle NE2000 driver to install. But the oldest
bundle NE2000 driver only support I/O base range: 0x300,0x320,0x340h,
0x360h and IRQ: 2/9,3,4,5. So, you must enter "PNP AND PCI SETUP"
in the PC CMOS SETUP and force "Slot IRQ" to one of "9,3,4,5".

Installation:
=============
  1. Run E32INIT.EXE program to initialize the adapter to be a NE2000
compatible adapter. You can copy E32INIT.EXE from A:\SETUP directory
(or A:\NETWARE\3.11 directory) to your hard disk C:\ and add E32INIT
     program to AUTOEXEC.BAT.

     For example: (AUTOEXEC.BAT)

         E32INIT IO=300h
         CD \SERVER.311
         SERVER

     NOTE:
       - Port and IRQ values will be displayed after execute the E32INIT.EXE.
Please write down the values of Port and IRQ as NE2000 parameters.
       - E32INIT.EXE usages refer to \SETUP\INIT.TXT for the details.

  2. Load NE2000 driver on the server console, for example:

        LOAD NE2000 Port=300 INT=5 FRAME=Ethernet_802.2 NAME=LAN_1
        BIND IPX TO LAN_1 NET=2001
        LOAD NE2000 Port=300 INT=5 FRAME=Ethernet_802.3 NAME=LAN_2
        BIND IPX TO LAN_2 NET=2002
        LOAD NE2000 Port=300 INT=5 FRAME=Ethernet_II NAME=LAN_3
        BIND IPX TO LAN_3 NET=2003
        LOAD NE2000 Port=300 INT=5 FRAME=Ethernet_SNAP NAME=LAN_4
        BIND IPX TO LAN_4 NET=2004

You can login the server from a workstation and add the LOAD and BIND
command lines to AUTOEXEC.NCF file so that the NE2000 driver will be
loaded automatically while the server starts up next time.
