Subject to the terms set forth herein, Dell Computer Corporation ("Dell") or its subsidiary grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use the Cinemaster DVD Player software in object code form (the "Software") on your Dell system. The Software is intended only for use with a Dell Dimension system that includes a DVD-ROM drive, Cinemaster DVD Decoder Card Version 3, and a Video Card that utilizes the nVidia (TNT or TNT2) chipset. IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS WITH THE PRESERVATION OF YOUR DATA, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU BACKUP YOUR CONFIGURATION AND DATA PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE.

At any time, upon request of Dell, you agree to return the Software to Dell or, at Dell's election, de-install the Software from your system and certify such action to Dell. You further acknowledge and agree that your license to use the Software as granted herein does not obligate Dell to provide you with any additional software, or updates, upgrades or new versions of the Software.
