The changes in the mylex DAC960 driver Ver 2.30 are as follows.
1. Driver recognizes the firmware 3.xx cards (that is
PCI vendor id 0x1069, and device id 0x0010), and
all the additional code to handle the 3.xx firmware.
This also includes the display of Fw version such as
        Fw 2.xx or Fw 3.xx

2. Changes in the header file(mylex.h) to accomodate 32
        logical drives.

3. The 8 GB Bios support.

4. The fix for AEMI related problem(the problem being
if AEMI is enabled, at startup the enquiry command may
        timeout, causing the boot failure).

-Rev. 2.10 Additional AMI MegaRAID driver Package added,
w/ support for Dell PERC Raid Controller

		   !!!!!! IMPORTANT !!!!!!
Upgrading VINES 7.XX Servers That Use the Mylex PCI Adapter

Following any upgrade patch to any VINES 7.XX Maintenance Release
    the System Administrator must perform
the following steps to ensure the correct Mylex driver is loaded
    into the kernel.
1.) Reload this driver package diskette
2.) Load the Mylex driver when prompted
      3.) Build a new kernel
4.) Reboot the server

If these steps are not performed immediately following any upgrade
patch to a VINES 7.XX Maintenance Release, any kernel or driver
fixes included in the patch will not be included in the booting
kernel. The Mylex driver must be reloaded before the new patched
    kernel will build successfully.
