You will need to determine which port you have the plotter connected to. If you are using a serial port like Com1 or Com2, you will need to set the port for the proper communications to match the plotter. At the DOS prompt enter the following command: MODE COMx:9600,E,7,1,P (x = number of com port) 104x/102x Plotters Only: If you have a 104x or 102x plotter you must also set the plotter communications. Set the plotter for 9600 Baud, 7 Data Bits, Even Parity, No Stop Bits. Set the Sync Code to 2 and value to 22, Eom/Eob to 13, Checksum to Yes. You may now send the testplots to the plotter. For 104x or 102x plotters use: COPY TESTPCI.PLT COMx: (x = number of com port) For other plotters on serial port: COPY TESTPCIC.PLT COMx: (x = number of com port) For plotters connected to parallel port: COPY TESTPCIC.PLT LPTx (x = number of LPT port) Examples: Copy testpcic lpt1, Copy testpcic com1:Download Driver Pack
