1. To run this Dell Internal Modem Diagnostic tool, please select:
Start, Programs, Accessories, Communications
and Dell Internal Modem Diagnostics Tool
2. This diagnostic tool will detect your modem and test its
functionality.
3. After the Modem has been detected, you can click on the "Test" Tab
on the Dell Internal Modem Diagnostics Tool Window for various tests.
4. Please connect your Phone line before the test, since the
Diagnostics Tool will test the line connection.
5. to un-install this Diagnostics Tool, please select:
Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs,
Dell Internal Modem Diagnostics Tool, and click on "Add/Remove" tab
to un-install.
Download Driver Pack
