 ** IMPORTANT Notes:
    ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ

1) If you loading EMM386.EXE v4.49 ensure to exclude memory range D000-DFFF
   e.g. add this statement in Config.sys,
 
       Device=C:\DOS622\EMM386.EXE noems x=d000-dfff

2) Due to size of the diagnostic program, the diagnostic utility on the
   disk is compressed.
   To extract, create a directory in drive C: or to a blank formatted diskette
   and extract RLAXDIAG.EXE in to it.

   The following files will be extracted,
   RL100ADM.EXE, RL100ADM.INI, CYLU0.PKT, FA50.PKT, DIGITAL.PKT, and DWIO.SCR
   These 6 files must be in the local harddisk or floppy diskette for the
   diagnostic to run.

To execute the diagnostic, run,

    RL100Adm                          Run diagnosis program
    RL100Adm /g[=file_specify]        Generate NET.CFG as file_specify
    RL100Adm /n                       Run diagnosis program


Description diagnostic and its options:
ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ
    1. System
       .show node-id, port, irq, membase, ROM base (if available)
       .select a desired card from serveral RL100ATX cards
    2. (Cxx) Control/Status register test
       .registers read/write test
    3. Loopback Test
       .data structure test
    4. Practical Tx/Rx Test
       .receive test
       .transmit test
       .transmit and receive test
    5. Set boot ROM size

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

• Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

• If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

• Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

• Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

• Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

• From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

• Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
