This is NDIS3 driver for Windows 95, Windows 95 (OSR2) and NT4.0
If your Windows 95 is an earlier release version 1 or first released version,
you must install driver in this directory.
For later released Windows 95 release 2 or B (or OSR2) and Windows NT v4.0 will
support both NDIS3 and NDIS4 drivers. It is recommended you use the NDIS4 driver
from A:\ of this driver diskette.
For Windows NT v3.51, use only the NDIS3 driver from A:\NT351 of this diskette.
For Windows NT v5.0, use only the NDIS4 driver from A:\ of this diskette.
32ODI.INF control file is provided to support NetWare Client32 using MS NDIS3
driver.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
