		1). Resistor R101 is changed to 2k(was 27.4k)Ohm, Capacitor C53 is changed
from 2200pf to 220pf on PCtel Revision D board
Software:
	General:
		1) Modem INF file modified, TAPI support added.
		2) Microsoft APM2.1 support added.

		2). Improved v27 connectivity
		3). Improved V32 connectivity
		4). Improved V34 S/N
		5). Added V34 pre-emphasis filter
6). Fixed V34 retrain problem with one
of AT&T DSP based V34 modem
		7) Improved system hang problem due to connection drop initiated
		from remote modem.

		9) Japan Link connection improvement.
		10) Transmit level in all modes.

	vpctcom.386:
		1) Auto mode connection to some low speed modem.
		2) CNG detection in voice command mode.
		3) S6,S8 timer modified.
		4) ATD@ command.
		5) Bug fixed for Q1 setting
		6) &K5 (transparent XON/XOFF flow control) enables both local

modems do. This "transparent" flow control is totally different
from the original definition of transparent XON/XOFF flow control by Hayes.
		7) For &S1 setting, DSP CD off caused by re-train won't lower
UART DSR now. Data-DSP still has problems to keep its DSR_BIT
consistent for both auto and fixed modes during the handshaking
so you can see blinks on DSR light.
		8) "TIES" escape sequence is corrected. *Qn command are added.
		9) Transmit data stream in Direct Data Mode is regulated.
10). Default Transmit level is -11 dBm
11). 50ms fax Tx termination delay added to improve fax compatibility
