Note: After upgrading WAP-1965 firmware to version 3.4.0, you can only use 22M AP utility version 1.50 to configure the device. Please follow the steps to upgrade your WAP-1965. a. Unplug the power adapter from the WAP-1965. b. Press the reset button in rear panel. c. Plug the power adapter back to WAP-1965. Please note do not release the reset button. d. Keep pressing reset button for 10 seconds, then release it. e. Activate the web browser, enter "http://192.168.1.1" in address field. f. Click "Browse" button to locate the v3.5.0 firmware file, then click "Send" to start upgrade. g. Check if the WAP-1965 works after force upgrade.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
