find troubleshooting assistance and documentation
for your Memories Disc CD or Memories Disc 
Creator software by going to the Search field and
typing Memories Disc. 

On the HP support website, depending on your
region, you can also find software updates, 
web-based troubleshooting tools, chat, email 
support, product registration and notification 
options.

Within 90 days of your purchase, telephone 
support is provided to you free of charge. If this
is a long distance call for you, long distance charges
will apply. Call (208) 323-2551. Our support staff is 
available 6 am to 10 pm Mountain Time, Monday
through Friday, and 9 am to 4 pm Saturday.

After the first 90 days, call (208) 323-2551. 
Charges are $2.50 per minute with a $25.00 
maximum charged to your phone bill. Charges
begin when you connect with a support technician.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
