Troubleshooting
If a problem occurs after the installation, check if it coincides with
any of the following situations. Try the suggested solution(s) before
consulting your dealer.
1. If the screen is blank after power on your computer, please refer
to the User's Manual and make sure all the cables are connected
properly.
2. If the video flikers in the video window; please try the following
steps to solve the problem:
step 1: Open the Video Configuration dialog box.
step 2: Open the Video Source Configuration dialog box
step 3: Select the VTR radio button
3. If your want to return to the original setting after installation,
please replace the VPWIN.INI in the Windows directory by the
VPWIN.INI in the software diskette.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
