                      Configuration Manager

Welcome to the Configuration Manager. The Configuration Manager
is a Windows(TM) application that runs in conjunction with
Motorola ISDN terminal adapters. It allows you to quickly and
easily configure your terminal adapter.

Although packaged with your terminal adapter, the Configuration
Manager is an optional utility program. You may also use a
terminal emulation program to issue commands directly to the
terminal adapter.

The Configuration Manager has an extensive on-line help facility.

For complete information about your Motorola ISDN terminal
adapter, refer to the documentation supplied with it.

In Windows 95, invoke "Run" under the Start button.

FILE LIST
---------

The following files are placed on your hard drive. Your
directory names may differ if you choose to install the
Configuration Manager in another directory, or your \WINDOWS
directory is named differently.

               File Description

   \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SAXTABS.VBX Required file
   \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SAXCOMM.VBX Required file
   \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\TACONFIG.INI Initialization file

The TACONFIG.INI file is created automatically after you first
execute the Configuration Manager.

The Configuration Manager release diskette may also contain
additional files that are not automatically copied to your hard
drive:

        File Description

                    configuration files

When you install your BitSURFR PRO or BitSURFR PC under
Windows 95, Windows 95 will ask you to select which driver you
want to install for your new hardware. You should select "Driver
from disk provided by hardware manufacturer" and insert the
Configuration Manager release diskette. Windows 95 will use the
.INF files on the release diskette to install the new hardware.
