SETMENU.EXE  is a DOS program that can be used to switch a Fujitsu
DPL24C+ printer to MENU1  or  MENU2 .  The first character of the 
first argument determines which menu is chosen.  Valid inputs 
include:

                SETMENU 1 
                SETMENU 2
                SETMENU 1 followed by any text
                SETMENU 2 followed by any text

                        
If the argument is not valid, the computer will beep three times to 
indicate that an error has occurred.

SETMENU.EXE  can be useful in batch files.  A batch file could activate 
a new menu, and then load the needed software.  For example, if the 
user wanted to switch to  MENU2  before running  LOTUS 123, the following
batch file could be used:

  	rem:		- Change to directory  "123"
	rem:		- Switch the Fujitsu printer to MENU2
	rem:		- Runs lotus 123
	rem:		- Upon exiting Lotus, switches the printer back

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
