Windows 2000
To install USB ImageMate drivers for Microsoft Windows 2000:
1.  Plug-in the ImageMate into an available USB port.
2.  "Found New Hardware" message will be displayed.
3.  The hardware installation wizard will run, follow 
the instructions displayed in the screens.
4.  You will be prompted for "USB CFII" Drivers, select 
the option to search for a suitable driver.
5.  Insert the Installation CD and provide the location of the drivers.
The driver are locared on the Installation CD in teh Win2000 folder:
    \Win2000
6.  Once Windows 2000 finds the suitable driver it will proceed
to install it, follow the prompts on the screen.
7.  Press "Finish" to complete the installation.
8.  Insert a CompactFlash card into the ImageMate.
9.  You can now access the CFII via the removable drive icon in
the "My Computer" folder as you would access any other disk.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
