; below are examples and explanations of some of the keywords supported by
; the DP83816/815 NDIS 2.01 driver. most of the lines are simply comments.
; The marked with "-->" are lines that can be edited (removing the ";-->" lines
; and replacing it with spaces, and modifying the right hand side as
; appropriate.
;
; NETADDRESS allows the user to configure the network address of the adapter,
; rather than using the one in EEProm. If not specified the address on the
; adapter will be used. If specified, the right hand side must be exactly
; 12 hex ASCII characters which will be converted to the network address.
; The only restrictions we impose is that the address not have the multicast
; bit set (an odd number in the second digit) and the network address have
; bit one of the most significant byte of the address set. This bit
; signifies a locally administered address.

;MEDIATYPE = AUTO/HUNFULL/HUNHALF/TENFULL/TENHALF
;Provides configuration of the negotiated link duplex and speed.
;The options and their descriptions are as follows.
; AUTO - The default where the PHY is allowed to negotiate the duplex and
; speed of the link with the link partner.
; HUNFULL - 100 Mb/Full Duplex - See Duplex note below
; HUNHALF - 100 Mb/Half Duplex
; TENFULL - 10 Mb/Full Duplex- See Duplex note below
; TENHALF - 10 Mb/Half Duplex
; < Duplex Note >: When operating in forced modes if the link partner is configured to be
; in Auto mode, then due to a process called "Parallel Detect" defined in the 802.3
; autonegotiation spec, only the speed selection is honoured by the link-partner.
; Thus if you want to force 10/100 FULL-DUPLEX on your test machine but your link-partner
; is on AUTO mode then the link defaults to HALF-DUPLEX.
