The Label Wizard Memory Card Manager is a software package developed for
preparing and downloading data to PCMCIA memory cards installed in SATO
Direct Thermal and Thermal transfer printers. The SATO printer must have
the Memory Card Option installed. Your PC must have the Label Wizard,
"SATO Generic Driver", installed. The Label Wizard Memory Card Manager
program is independent of the Label Wizard label design and production
software, and is a stand-alone program.

Label Wizard Memory Card Manager lets you prepare data that include TrueType
fonts, graphics and label forms. It will allow you to:

	* Add, edit and view data, prepared for download to the memory cards.
	* Check the available memory card space before downloading.
	* Share information about the contents of the memory card between the
Label Wizard Memory Card Manager and the Label Wizard label design
 	  software.
	* Print the downloaded data from the memory card.
	* Label Wizard Memory Card Manager is a Windows based program with a
 	  user-friendly and intuitive graphic interface.

	**** Supported Printers ****

following models of SATO Thermal printers, and others will be added as they

	**** Installation ****

The LABEL WIZARD Memory Card Manager software is typically supplied on one
diskette, although a self extracting compressed file is available on this
site. The procedure for loading the software is similar for both Windows
3.1 and Windows 95/98. The description given here assumes you will be loading
the software on a computer running Windows 3.1. If you are using Windows 95/98,
please refer to the Windows 95/98 documentation for instructions in loading
software programs.

1. Insert the diskette into the floppy disk drive, go to the Window Program
Manager and select the Run command under Files menu, or from the directory
that you have placed the self extracting/decompressed file in.
2. In the "Command Line" text box enter A:\INSTALL.EXE or browse to the
appropriate directory example (c:\satomcm\disk1).
3. The installation procedure will ask you to install the software to the
following directory:- "C:\MCMANAGE".
4. Confirm the directory with the "OK" button or enter the directory name of
your choice.
5. The installation procedure will install the software and make a new
program group, called MC Manager with an icon for the Memory Card Manager
program.

functions.
