V1456VQH-R5 WinXP Driver Installation 1. Connect modem and start the computer. Windows will detect the modem and automatically detect as a Rockwell 56K ACF II Modem from an inherent driver. 2. Click Start> Control Panel> System> Hardware> Device Manager. Click + next to modem. Right click on the Askey modem and select "Update driver". This will start the "Update device Driver Wizard". 3. Select "Install from a list or specifc location (advanced)". Click Next. 4. Select "Dont search. I will choose the driver to install". Click Next. 5. Click "Have disk" and then "Browse". Browse to the loaction of the drivers you have downloaded and un-zipped. Click OK. 6. Select the "Rockwell ISA 56K ACF II Fax+Data+Voice Modem". Click Next> Continue Anyway> Finish. 7. Close any open windows. Click Start> Connect to then RIGHT CLICK on the ISP Icon & choose Properties-Select the Dynalink Modem for "Connect Using". Click OK.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
