Because this version of driver follows Novell ODI Driver Specification
Version 3.3, the v4.10 server must be patched to work well with this
driver. The v4.11 green river server does not need to be patched.
The patch method is described as below:

        1. Copy LOADER.EXE and LSWAP.EXE to the NetWare 4.10 server directory,
must be \NWSERVER (if not, rename the directory name).

        2. Execute LSWAP.EXE at \NWSERVER.

From any workstation, log in to the Novell server as a SUPERVISOR.

Copy all provided NLM and LAN files into your server's SYSTEM directory.
      Type:

        >copy <PATH>\*.* F:\SYSTEM
        >copy NBI.NLM F:\SYSTEM (OS default path)

<PATH> here is the directory where support NLMs and TEPCI.LAN
               reside.

From the Novell Server side, execute "load install". Type:

         :load install
           Select <NCF files options>
           Select <Edit AUTOEXEC.NCF>

Modify the server's AUTOEXEC.NCF file as follows.

          :load TEPCI.LAN

            TEPCI.LAN)
: bind ipx to TEPCI NET=xxxx

Shut down the server and then turn it ON again.
