Accton Technology Corporation EN2216/2316 PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter Microsoft Windows 98 Driver Installation Microsoft Windows 98 or Windows 98 Second Edition includes the Accton EN2216 adapter driver. This driver can be used with the EN2316 adapter as well. Windows 98 is a plug and play system. When you insert the EN2216 or EN2316 adapter in a PCMCIA slot, Windows 98 will install the driver for the adapter automatically. Note: When Windows 98 and the Network is up and running, it is not recommended to remove the EN2216/2316 adapter from the PCMCIA slot without telling the system first. Before you remove the adapter, please follow these steps: 1) Double click on the My Computer icon, and then double click on the Control Panel icon. 2) Double click on the PCMCIA icon. The "PC Card (PCMCIA) Properties" window appears. 3) Select "Accton EN2216/2316 PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter" from the list, and then click the Stop button. 4) Wait until the message box with the "You may safely remove the device" message appears. Click OK. 5) Remove the EN2216/2316 adapter from the PCMCIA slot. If you do not follow these steps and just pull the adapter from the PCMCIA slot, the system may hang and you have to reboot the system.Download Driver Pack
