_read me first.txt Driver File Contents (netgear_FA310TX-Win7.zip)

Windows XP has a native driver for "NETGEAR FA310TX Fast Ethernet Adapter" but Windows 7 doesn't, so I set about finding the Windows XP "netngr.inf" and "Ngrpci.sys" files so I could see if it would install on Windows 7 and it did!

Usually there is a "*.cat" file as well but the .inf file doesn't mention one, so included all the .cat files from XP just in case one is needed for Windows 7.
