KeyStation Pro 88 - Cubase SX This Zip file contains 1 XML file (KSPro 88 Cubase SX.XML) which needs to be loaded into Cubase, and NOT into Enigma. This setup uses the factory default preset 7 on the KeyStation Pro 88. Press the "Recall" button on the Keystation, then press "7" on the numeric keypad to recall Preset 7. In Cubase, go to the Devices Menu and choose "Device Setup". Click the "+" sign in the top left and select Generic Remote. The new Generic Remote should automatically be selected, but if not, it's under Remote Devices>Generic Remote. Click the "Import" button, then locate and Open the "KSPro 88 Cubase.xml" file. At the top of the device setup window, choose your keyboard/device for MIDI input, click Apply, then click OK. This setup was created with Cubase SX3 (but it should work the same for Nuendo 3 as well), using a 24 Track aduio template. The transport buttons all function. Play, plays, Stop, stops, RW and FF toggle RW and FF on/off, and Record toggles Record on/off. The 1st 8 sliders are set to control volume for the 1st 8 Audio Tracks. The 9th (aka Master Fader) is set to control the Stereo Output of Cubase. The bottom row of knobs B10 - B17 will control Pan on the 1st 8 Audio Tracks. The middle row of knobs B18 - B25 will control Aux send 1 level for the 1st 8 Audio Tracks. The top row of knobs B26 - B33 will control Aux send 2 level for the 1st 8 Audio Tracks. The 1st 8 Buttons B44 - B51 will toggle Mute On/Off for the 1st 8 Audio Tracks. B52 = locate to Left Marker B52 = locate to Right Marker B54 - B57 = locate to markers 3-6 B58 = toggles precount on/off B59 = toggles the metronome on/off B60 = toggles cycle on/off (aka loop) **Note** You will need to reprogram the play and stop buttons so they don't requrie 2 presses to function. First, press the "Play" button to select it for editing. Then press the "DATA LSB" button TWICE and type 127 on the numeric keypad. Press the "Stop" button to select it for editing. Then press the "DATA LSB" button TWICE and type 127 on the numeric keypad. Finally, press the "Store" button on the keystation and type "7" on the numeric keypad to store these settings. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
