VideoHighway Xtreme (VHX) Windows NT Driver (1.0.0.1 version) and Software (1.00 version)

Important Notes:
1) This VHX driver and software is for Windows NT 4.0 only.
2) Service pack 3 for Windows NT 4.0 is needed in order for VHX software (particularly the TV module)
to function correctly (without service pack 3, TV will only run in preview mode, overlay mode is not
possible). To check if your Win NT has service pack 3 installed. Go to control panel, click on the
"Help" menu and choose "About Windows NT". If Service pack 3 is already installed, it will be mentioned
   in this About box.
3) Both the Win NT driver and software for VHX must be downloaded in order for VHX to work in Win NT.
The driver should be installed first before installing the software. To install the driver, see
   Installing VHX Win NT driver.
4) VGA card MUST support DirectDraw in order for VHX to function properly (as of current only some VGA
card manufacturer supports direct draw in Win NT). If you're not sure, make sure that you have downloaded and updated your VGA card to its latest driver for Win NT 4.0 from your VGA manufacturer's web site before using VHX.
5) There is no closed-caption support in Win NT due to support limitation in the operating system.
6) Win NT does not support VBI (vertical blanking interval), as such software like Intercast, WaveTop
and teletext software cannot be used in Win NT.
7) Software bundles that can work in Win NT - PictureMall Picture Fun! Photo 3.1; PictureMall Shopping
Assistant; ImageAXS; Howdy Lite; Web Cannon; M@X.
8) VDOphone software is compatible for Win95/98. Do check out www.vdo.net for availability of Win NT
   VDOphone software.
9) VHX 1.00 version Software or above for NT 4.0 release, the CaptureX module is now included.

Updated 1.0.0.1 version driver release solves the following problem:
1) When using Netmeeting on Win NT on Pal video sources.
2) Pal N TV broadcast system.
3) More reliable driver loading.
