*AUTO ADMIN LOGON*
Windows 2000 allows users to configure their computer to auto logon to the computer to the system when it is started. U.are.U Pro overrides this setting. Users of this feature should establish a Windows Account with a password before installing.

*FRENCH LANGUAGE INSTALLATIONS*
Due to French import laws, Microsoft has disabled some necessary services used by U.are.U Logon. This is only the case when the Regional Settings of the workstation is set to French Standard. U.are.U Pro will function correctly in all other French languages (e.g. French Luxemburg, French Belgian, etc.). You can change the language support from Windows Control Panel->regional settings (make sure you set the new French language as the default).

-----------------------------|

*POWER MANAGEMENT: SUSPEND, STANDBY, OR SLEEP MODE*
On some machines (Windows 2000 or Windows 98/95) the U.are.U Logon may experience unstable behavior with standby, suspend, or sleep mode. The symptoms are as follows(it may vary from machine to machine)
  1) machine cannot go into suspend mode.
  2) After waking or coming back from Suspend mode, the sensor light does not turn on.
  3) After waking or coming back from Suspend mode, the sensor light is on, but it does not take fingers.

Suggestion:
If your system present the above problems, it is recommended that you do not enable suspend mode for your system.
You can still have suspend mode enabled for the monitor and the harddisk. When the sensor does not respond after waking up from suspend, you may try to unplug and replug the sensor.

*PC ANYWHERE*
Users of PCAnywhere must uninstall PCAnywhere before installing or upgrading U.are.U Logon. PCAnywhere does not allow dynamic changes of the Logon GINA (U.are.U Logon) and must be uninstalled first. After installing or upgrading Pro you may then re-install PCAnywhere and use it with U.are.U Pro. Note: You must uninstall, you can not use the "repair" function of PCAnywhere because it will uninstall part of Pro. PCAnywhere must always be the last software installed on your PC for you to access your PC remotely.

*U.ARE.U PRO ON WINDOWS 95/98 WITH EUDORA 3.0*
After installing the U.are.U Pro Workstation software on a Windows 98 machine
deployed with U.are.U Pro Server, the Eudora 3.0 email program will not start. This
problem does not occur on Windows NT and 2000 workstations or in deployments
without U.are.U Pro Server.
